Responsibilities
  • This role will be managing Digital Go-To-Market & Ecommerce, reporting to Financial Planning & Analysis Controller.
  • Manage Pricing, Consumer promotions, NPD/EPD P&L review & Business Partnership with Marketing teams
  • Business Partnership with Marketing & Trade marketing teams in evaluating P&L proposals and giving commercial insights in driving decisions.
  • Plan / Forecast for Pricing, Promo volumes and NPD/EPD and reporting.
  • Managing internal control, accounting and operation process and procedure including process improvements
  • Post review of Promo budget, monthly tracking the Actual Promo Volumes vs Approved Promo volume and corrective actions for variance
  • Tracking Reckitt prices vs Competition, working with Marketing team in working out the price change impact & ensure implementation of Pricing and reporting
Qualifications
  • Professionally qualified with bachelor’s degree in finance and/or Accountancy from a recognized university, or professional bodies.
  • 5+ years of work experience ( preferable in consumer facing industry ) with 2+ years in commercial (FP&A, Business Partnering etc.) role
  • Strong Business acumen and skillful at understanding P&L drivers.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP & Power Bi would be an added advantage
