A foreign exchange service provider in Kluang, Malaysia is seeking a customer service representative to handle buying and selling of foreign currencies, process remittance applications, and attend to inquiries at the counter. Ideal candidates should hold at least an SPM and possess a pleasant personality along with strong interpersonal skills. Additionally, being a team player and multi-lingual would be advantageous. This role may require additional hours to complete tasks.
Handling buying and selling of foreign currencies.
Process remittance applications from customers.
Attend to customers inquiries over the counter.
Checking whether the money accepted is genuine, valid and intact.
Ensure accurate transaction has been performed.
