Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad (Retail) is seeking a customer service oriented individual to assist customers, handle cash and card transactions, and help manage stock at our Lima Kedai Skudai counter in Johor. The role requires basic math, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, answering inquiries, maintaining a clean counter, balancing cash, and reporting any equipment issues.

Qualifications

High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math.
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
Attention to detail for handling transactions and monitoring stock.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
Strong communication skills for engaging with customers.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Willing to work at Lima Kedai Skudai, Johor.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by assisting with purchases and addressing inquiries.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer.
Accurately handle transactions, manage the cash register, and monitor stock effectively.
Check counter equipment daily and report any issues for repair or replacement.
Keep the counter clean, tidy, and hygienic to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
Monitor and replenish counter stock, to avoid shortages.
