Executive, Business Administrations - Puchong South
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative procedures.
  • Issue and verify after-sales invoices, service charges.
  • Ensure all invoices and supporting documents meet company and manufacturer requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate after-sales administrative requirements for all branches/service centers.
  • Manage all paperwork related to service operations, including Purchase Order, job cards, Invoice.
  • Maintain department’s documentations in an organized manner, with proper filing and recording for future audit purposes.
  • Ensure all documentations, invoices, bills, receipts are accurate and processing for management’s approval.
  • Coordinate with Finance on invoice discrepancies, credit notes, pending payments, and monthly closing.
  • Prepare complete workshop report by monthly.
  • Any other task being assigned by superior.
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
  • At least one year administrative experience in an automotive warehouse, repair center, dealership, or similar facility is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles, with a track record of driving sales growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft office, Note Pad and Basic Emailing.
