Job summary

BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru seeks a proactive, customer-focused associate to assist shoppers with product information and help them find what they need.

You will ensure product displays are attractive and compliant with FEFO/FIFO, manage stock, receive deliveries, and support pricing and promotions.

Additionally, you will process cash and card payments accurately, balance the register with receipts, and refer inquiries to the pharmacy team as needed to maintain service quality.
