Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Consumer Care Specialist, based in Johor Bahru. The Consumer Care Specialist will assist customers in both Tagalog and English languages, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Daily responsibilities include handling customer communications via phone, email, chat, or other channels, providing accurate information regarding products and services, troubleshooting customer concerns, and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate team. The candidate will also collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service standards are maintained.
