Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Malaysia seeks a Team Member to manage card disputes and fraud investigations. You will coordinate with banks, merchants and customers to resolve cases efficiently and maintain data accuracy across systems.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 3 years experience in handling card disputes.
• Ability to supervise and motivate subordinates.
• High integrity, honesty and good ethics.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle dispute management cases via onyx, CCFA and cardholder communications.
• Prepare daily tracking list for fraud database.
• Ensure disputes are processed within the given timeframes via chargeback processes.
• Channel disputes to the correct parties for further action.
• Determine credit refunds to cardholders within 14 days.
• Review memo from chargeback for cardholder liability decisions.
• Contribute to meeting 95% SLA in dispute processing.
