If you have experience in automotive paint repair and take pride in precision and surface finishing, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform topcoat touch-up and repair work on painted vehicle surfaces to meet factory quality standards.
• Identify, assess, and correct paint defects such as runs, dirt, dust nibs, scratches, or color mismatch.
• Carry out polishing, buffing, and surface refinishing to ensure consistency and high-quality appearance.
• Operate tools and equipment related to paint repair (spray gun, polishers, sanding tools, etc.).
• Conduct post-repair inspection to verify surface finish and color uniformity.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Support continuous improvement activities to reduce paint defects and improve overall quality efficiency.

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma / SKM in Automotive Painting, Mechanical, or related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive paint repair or topcoat refinishing.
• Strong knowledge of paint materials, color matching, and repair techniques.
• Attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and precision.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production or quality team.
