What you're doing

• Performing regular inspections and maintenance of the car park equipment, such as barrier systems, payment machines, and lighting
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or breakdowns in the car park facilities in a timely manner
• Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and orderly appearance of the car park
• Assisting customers with parking inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Collaborating with the wider facilities team to ensure the car park operates efficiently
