Responsibilities

Working in the Capital Markets team, you will focus on identifying new leads and bringing in potential clients for U.S. IPOs and cross‑border listings. This is a commercially driven role centred on research, outreach and relationship building. We are looking for candidates who are proactive, confident and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Identification and qualification of new leads for U.S. IPOs, RTOs and DeSPACs.
  • Outreach to founders, CEOs, CFOs and investor groups to introduce ARC’s U.S. listing capabilities.
  • Continuous research across industries and markets to spot high‑growth companies that fit U.S. listing profiles.
  • Preparation of concise research briefs, pitch angles and outreach materials for senior bankers.
  • Tracking conversations, following up with prospects and maintaining organized lead pipelines.
  • Participation in introductory calls to support senior bankers with context, notes and coordination.
  • Building and maintaining a strong network of founders, investors, intermediaries and ecosystem partners.
  • Staying current on the U.S. capital markets environment to articulate the value of a U.S. listing to potential clients.
Skills & Requirements
  • Strong academic background. Degrees in finance, accounting, economics, business or law are preferred.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in a commercial, research or finance related environment. This role is open for fresh graduates.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for sales, lead generation and commercial outreach.
  • Full proficiency in English and the knowledge of other languages will be a plus (Mandarin, Japanese).
  • Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to senior executives.
  • Ability to research quickly, identify opportunities and summarise insights clearly.
  • High work ethic and strong personal drive to outperform peers.
  • An unparalleled work ethic and the desire to achieve an extremely high level of success relative to your peers.
Duration

This is a full‑time program with a 6‑month on‑site training period, after which successful candidates may be offered a permanent role.

Location

The position will be based in our office in Kuala Lumpur.
