Overview

About The Team: As a Shopee Mall Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving brand activations and marketing initiatives across Shopee Mall for the Singapore market. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies.


Responsibilities


  • Business-As-Usual (BAU) Activations: Manage activations for a portfolio of 244 brands (including Joint Business Plan (JBP) and Category Business Plan (CBP)-only brands) with other team members. Coordinate and schedule all types of brand activations for Shopee Mall, ensuring timely execution.

  • Execution of High-Touch P0 Brands: Oversee and execute activations for top-tier brands including Apple, Samsung, Dyson, Xiaomi, and Google. Facilitate at least one major product launch per month for designated brands.

  • Spike Days & Prehype Days Partner Activations: Coordinate activations & exposure points for campaign partners during spike and prehype campaign periods. Manage partnerships, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives across different category days.

  • Category Tentpole Partner Support: Develop and distribute seller kits for tentpole campaigns, supporting activations for all tentpole partners across 10 categories.

  • Post-Campaign Analysis of Key Activations: Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, utilizing data from BI, BD, and other marketing teams. Review key campaign mechanics and metrics, applying insights to optimize future campaigns.

  • Mall Page Maintenance: Curate and update brand collections on Shopee Mall pages. Execute voucher promotions and manage revamp or migration tasks related to mall page enhancements.


Requirements
