Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
  • Lead, coach, and develop Telesales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Introduce new ways of working that lead to incremental sales.
  • Conduct sales training and provide ongoing feedback on sales techniques, product knowledge, soft skills, and unmatched customer experience that can change agents’ mindset.
  • Determine right-sizing of staff with clear requirements. Conduct interviews, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes to retain talent among the team and manage agent productivity.
  • Be a sales ambassador of Telesales team while maintaining high quality assurance through random call samplings to ensure that the sales quality is as per the team’s culture and achieve zero non-compliance.
  • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, in line with the company’s vision and process improvement projects. Simplify processes that improves customers’ buying journey and agents’ daily tasks.
