Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join a rapidly growing ad operations team to support its advertising business. In this role, you will be responsible for data entry, reconciliation, tracking, and trafficking of advertising campaigns for advertisers across the globe. We are looking for candidates who have some experience with digital advertising. Above all, these individuals are problem-solvers with can do attitudes, they care deeply about the details, and will put in the work to support the tasks to help move deals forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily monitoring of deals and assisting with the end-to-end deal trafficking process on an ongoing basis.
- Support frontline account managers and internal deals team to communicate with clients to ensure all the campaigns are live and running with the campaign target date.
- Keep campaign details such as client's campaign goals, budgets, flight dates and any other information that is necessary up to date.
- Partner with internal account management and sales to verify deal details and ensure deal information flows through Ad Suite:
- Support creation of Ads, their implementation, trafficking as well as reporting of Ad campaigns.
- Handle simple to medium complexity-level workflows within Ad operations which are relatively easy to train on and require some degree of judgment in performing the required tasks, define or adapt solutions based on existing processes.
Requirements and Preferred Experience
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in digital advertising, marketing, or business.
- Preferably 1 year of experience in ad operations, account management or campaign management.
- Ability to work 24/7 rotational shift (including night).
- Working arrangement will be in office (Vertical Bangsar South).
- Problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, agile, light data analysis and the ability to work independently.
- Working experience using Excel, Google Sheet, and interest in driving resolution for issues.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented environment.
- Belief in the power of teamwork and a passion for being a great teammate.
- Digital media industry knowledge and a desire to learn more about the industry.
- Previous knowledge in ad operations and the programmatic landscape, especially with Ad Managers (Google, Meta, etc) and/or The Trade Desk, is preferrable.
