Job description
1. Lead Generation
  • Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and industry research.
  • Develop and maintain a personal database of prospective clients.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
2. Client Meetings and Presentations
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored marketing solutions.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to showcase the company’s services and value propositions.
  • Build trust and maintain professional relationships with clients through consistent communication.
3. Sales Progress and Revenue Generation
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using necessary tools for tracking and reporting purposes.
4. Campaign Monitoring and Reporting
  • Collaborate with the creative/content team to monitor the performance of client campaigns.
  • Analyze and report campaign metrics to clients and recommend improvements when needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client feedback and ensure their expectations are met.
5. Collaboration and Strategy
  • Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives. (if any)
  • Provide market insights and feedback to support the development of new products and services.
