Job summary

Dpstar Thermo Control Electric Sdn Bhd – Puchong New Village is seeking a Calibration Technician to calibrate, test, and maintain measurement instruments to ensure accuracy and industry compliance. You will work with mechanical, electronic, and electrical devices, performing routine calibration, documenting results, and generating traceable reports.

A Calibration Technician is responsible for the calibration, testing, and maintenance of measurement instruments and equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. This role involves working with a variety of equipment, including mechanical, electronic, and electrical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine calibration and preventive maintenance of instruments and equipment.

Document calibration results and generate reports to ensure traceability.

Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust equipment as necessary.

Maintain a detailed log of calibration activities, including any adjustments made to the equipment.

Ensure all instruments are functioning within the manufacturer's specifications and regulatory requirements.

Work collaboratively with the engineering and quality assurance teams to maintain high standards of accuracy.

Adhere to safety guidelines and industry best practices during calibration procedures.

Stay updated on calibration techniques and new industry technologies.

Requirements:

Technical diploma or certification in electronics, instrumentation, or a related field.
