YOUR ROLE AS Cabin Crew: This role is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of passengers onboard an aircraft. Cabin Crew members provide excellent customer service, manage in-flight emergencies, administer first aid if required, and ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures, contributing to a positive and safe travel experience for all passengers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Ensuring Passenger Safety and Security: Conducting pre-flight safety checks, demonstrating safety procedures to passengers, and ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations throughout the flight.
  2. Providing Excellent Customer Service: Attending to passenger needs and requests, providing information, and ensuring a comfortable and pleasant flight experience.
  3. Managing In-Flight Emergencies: Following established procedures to handle various in-flight situations, including medical emergencies, turbulence, and evacuations if necessary.
  4. Administering First Aid: Providing basic first aid assistance to passengers who may require medical attention during the flight, within the scope of their training.
