Job description

Responsibilities

• Carrying out duties that assigned and complying with all company regulations.
• To take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of guests in both normal and emergency circumstances. And report to In-Charge Cabin Crew on any incident that has endangered or could have endangered the safety of the operations.
• Maintaining a thorough working knowledge of Cabin Crew emergency procedures.
• Being familiar with aircraft galley equipment, catering stowage, and passenger amenities equipment.
• Responsible in ensuring guests comfort and maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Comply with applicable regulations as well as company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Supporting the achievement of safety performance targets.
• Liaison between guests and the flight crew.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Malay & English
• SPM credit in Malay & English
• Minimum education requirement of SPM or Diploma/Degree (academic qualifications will be an added advantage
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Capable of fulfilling the employment visa requirements of Malaysia
• No visible tattoo while wearing the cabin crew Kebaya uniform and must be well-groomed when attending the interview
