Eligibility
1-2 years of working experience in retail operations management/related field.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to work on shift including Off Day, Rest Day or Public Holiday.
Responsibilities
- To know and learn the various names of all cuts and the procedures of cutting them.
- To ensure that all butchery work is carried out correctly in the department. This includes teaching and updating the staff on butchery skills needed for running the department when the butcher is not in.
- To be in charge of ordering the various merchandise for the department and in what quantity they are to be ordered.
- To check the merchandise freshness when the supplier brought them in.
- To ensure all merchandise is properly kept & arranged in back room/ cold room and to control the amount to be displayed daily.
- Responsible for cutting the meat into the required sizes, thickness and quantity and deboning them if necessary. Also separating one part from the other. (E.g. chicken Maryland, wings etc. from the other part of the chicken.)
- To pack meats into trays, seal them up. All packed meats are to be weighed & price tagged before displaying it on selling floor.
- To ensure that the cleanliness is maintained in the department. This includes the working area, back room and also the selling area. All machinery used is also to be kept clean at all times.
- Responsible for the stock take preparation for the department.
- To delegate the various jobs in the department to the other staff and to oversee/ supervise them on their work.
- To prepare working schedule of staff to take over on off day.

The employee may be required to perform additional tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by the company, based on business needs or as deemed necessary by management.
