Business Unit Manager (TCS) – Batu Kawan, Penang

Fully accountable for revenue growth, profitability and TCS capacity of a customer account cluster. The incumbent leads a cross‑functional team drawing expertise from Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Planning, QA and others to deliver operational targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue, gross margin and profitability targets.
• Lead, motivate and drive the team to meet overall objectives.
• Oversee new product launches in collaboration with functional groups.
• Plan customer touchpoints to pursue new business opportunities.
• Engage customers on critical material shortages, delivery, forecast and open issues to ensure on‑time delivery (OTD) targets.
• Contribute to workplace safety and environmental protection through EHS policies and programs.
• Participate in special projects or programs as assigned by the company.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in a relevant discipline with proven experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar capacity is preferable.
• Strong leadership qualities, initiative and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
• Good engineering analytical skills and a hands‑on approach.
• Expertise in Printed Circuit Assembly (PCA) and Surface Mount Technology (SMT) is preferred.
