Deloitte Malaysia is seeking a Tax Associate for Business Tax Compliance to support client engagements across industries. You will perform tax compliance work, prepare returns using tax software, and assist with reporting, risk assessment, and consulting on tax matters.

We value strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach to professional qualification development. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and residents of Malaysia are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or equivalent.
• Must possess or currently pursuing a professional accounting qualification.
• 1–2 years of tax compliance experience is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Active participation in career development and training processes.
• Teamwork and ability to share responsibilities; prioritize workload.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Perform compliance tax services for clients' engagements in varied industries.
• Utilize tax software to prepare and process returns.
• Conduct compliance and reporting, tax management, risk and control assessment.
• Research and consult on various tax matters.
• Contact clients and officers from Inland Revenue Board, Ministry of Finance and other government agencies.
