A leading IT services provider in Malaysia is seeking an Administrative Support for their Cloud & Utility team. The ideal candidate should have a Higher Diploma or Degree in IT and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Cloud & Utility team.
  • Maintain well-organized files, records, and documentation.
  • Track and administer renewals of SSL certificates and tools.
  • Keep customer usage and billing details accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare utility and cloud usage reports.
  • Prepare invoicing requests and quotations as guided.
  • Assist in minor technical support activities.

Job description
Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Cloud & Utility team.

Maintain well‑organized files, records, and documentation of business activities.

Track and administer renewals of SSL certificates, hardware, software, and monitoring tools.

Assist in maintaining and updating Cloud & Utility asset lists.

Perform any other administrative or support tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Customer and Usage Management

Keep customer usage and billing details accurate and up to date.

Prepare utility and cloud usage reports for both internal and external use.

Consolidate billing forecast reports from team members for management review.

Validate invoices from aggregators against submitted usage reports.

Prepare and submit service provider license usage reports to principals or aggregators.

Financial and Procurement Support

Prepare invoicing requests and quotations as guided by Technical Consultants or the Senior Manager.

Prepare asset or service ordering requests and ensure proper documentation.

Support in tracking financial forecasts and related documentation.

Technical Coordination Support

Assist in minor technical support activities as guided by Technical Consultants.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operational delivery and issue resolution.

Education and Experience
  • Higher Diploma or Degree in IT or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative or operational support experience, preferably within IT or cloud services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in preparing financial and operational documentation.
