You will be assisting to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective communication, negotiation, customer-oriented approach and distribution of goods to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and optimize business opportunities
- Handle customers’ inquiries, requests, and complaints related to delivery, billing statements preparations and validations
- Work in a small, harmonized team and cover all aspects of the sales and operation process
- Other ad-hoc tasks, urgent duties and projects as well as assignments
Ce que vous apportez
- Candidate must possess at least a STPM/Professional Certification/Diploma, preferably major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management and/or Marketing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in logistics/ freight forwarding business
- Ability to multitask and track multiple processes throughout the supply chain
- Excellent communicator with the ability to interact and deal with different people of diverse cultures
- Positive customer service skills with an ability to communicate eloquently and effectively
- Proficient in MS Office and computer knowledge
