Business Solutions Consultant / Business Analyst (WMS, TMS, MES)

Position: Senior Business Solution Specialist

Contract: 1 year

Reports to: Business Solution Manager

About the Role

As a Senior Business Solution Specialist, you will play a key role in bridging customer business needs and technical solutions. You will lead requirement workshops, document functional specifications, and validate deliverables to ensure every digital transformation solution provides measurable business value. This position emphasizes ownership, clarity, and cross‑functional collaboration through the entire lifecycle — from pre‑sales to delivery and post‑implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present solution documentation, technical proposals, and cost estimations.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews to identify customer needs.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to define project scope, deliverables, and demo content.

Project Delivery Phase

• Lead business requirement gathering, AS‑IS / TO‑BE process mapping, and system workflow design.
• Develop and maintain project documentation — BRD, FRS, SRS, and user stories.
• Work closely with Solution Architects and Developers to ensure design feasibility and system functionality.
• Support UAT execution, validation, and sign‑off with client representatives.

Post‑Impl ementation Phase

• Collect client feedback and monitor user adoption after go‑live.
• Identify and document system enhancement requests and change orders.
• Provide knowledge transfer and post‑launch system review sessions.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Improvement

• Act as the communication bridge between business users and technical teams.
• Facilitate review meetings, clarifications, and follow‑up actions.
• Participate in improving documentation templates and analysis frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Specialist in manufacturing, MES, IIoT, or ERP projects.
• Skilled in requirement documentation, process analysis, and system validation.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking abilities.
• Familiar with tools such as Confluence, Jira, Visio, or Lucidchart.
• Knowledge of OEE, MTTR, Lean, or Six Sigma preferred.
• Certifications (CBAP, PMI‑PBA, Scrum Master) are advantageous.
