Our client is a large conglomerates (IT software) is looking for Business Solutions Consultant to be based in KL. He/ She requiresagood understandingon digital enterprise solutions with hands-on experience inenterprise system integration such as WMS, ERP, MES, CRM, IoT, etc.

The consultant acts as a bridge between business users, technical teams, and solution partners ensuring that proposed solutions are strategically aligned, technically feasible, and operationally effective to drive automation, efficiency, and end-to-end visibility.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Integration: Design and map end-to-end digital solutions across Warehouse Management (WMS), Supply Chain Planning (SCPO), and Logistics Systems, ensuring seamless integration with ERP, MES, CRM, and IoT platforms.
• Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze current operations, identify improvement opportunities, and design optimized “to-be” processes for digital solutions for either Warehouse Management (WMS), Supply Chain Planning (SCPO), and Logistics Systems, ERP, MES, CRM, and IoT platforms.
• Solution Delivery & Implementation: Drive solution deployment from blueprint to live, including configuration validation, testing (SIT/UAT), and system verification.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business users, architects, and project teams to align requirements, resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery.
• Monitors solution performance, recommends enhancements, and standardize best practices for future projects.

Requirements

• Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications in project or solution management is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of warehouse automation, smart manufacturing, supply chain optimization.
• Familiar with data flow design, API structures, and interoperability standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Working knowledge of analytics platforms (PowerBI, Tableau) is advantageous.
