Key Responsibilities
Financial Policy Development
- Assist in designing, reviewing, and implementing financial policies and procedures.
- Support alignment with corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Monitor adherence to financial compliance frameworks (local and international).
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to safeguard financial integrity.
Project Analysis & Support
- Conduct financial impact assessments for new business initiatives.
- Provide data-driven insights to support project decision-making and resource allocation.
- Track project performance against financial KPIs and compliance benchmarks.
SAP System Utilization
- Use SAP modules to extract, analyze, and report financial data.
- Support automation of compliance checks and policy enforcement through SAP workflows.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to optimize SAP usage for project governance.
Consulting & Advisory
- Act as a consultant to business units on financial policy and compliance matters.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate financial insights into actionable strategies.
- Support cross-functional teams in embedding financial discipline into projects.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare clear, comprehensive reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of financial policies, compliance audits, and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, compliance, or business analysis.
- Practical experience with SAP systems
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance frameworks, and policy-setting processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting tools, and project management software.
