Key Responsibilities
- Champion and lead end‑to‑end business process transformation across departments, aligning operations with strategic goals and future‑ready capabilities.
- Conduct deep‑dive diagnostics including process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause identification to uncover inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to reimagine workflows, procedures, and systems that enhance productivity and customer experience.
- Define and track performance metrics to measure the success and sustainability of re‑engineered processes.
- Facilitate design thinking workshops, change labs, and training sessions to embed a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all transformation efforts are aligned with regulatory standards, risk frameworks, and strategic priorities.
- Develop compelling business cases and transformation roadmaps for senior leadership, articulating value creation and impact.
- Apply structured methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Business Process Re‑engineering to drive data‑driven decision‑making and scalable solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in process excellence and digital transformation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in process re‑engineering, operational excellence, or transformation roles.
- CBPRP and/or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) certification is highly desirable.
- Proven success in leading complex transformation programs and re‑engineering initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency in process design tools and data analytics platforms.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive results in fast‑paced, matrixed environments.
