Business Planning - Executive / Senior Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer account and attend to customer inquiries and customer related issues
• Support Sales Reps by implementing sales processes and providing administration support to Sales Reps
• Prepare quotation and handle customer order processing
• Responsible on Order Management System (ERP Order Management) to establish customer profile, price list and order entry.
• Support finance in billing and payment follow up
• Manage customer NDA, contract and customer or business-related documentation and administration work, as well as ad-hoc request
