GI Energy Resources (M) Sdn Bhd is expanding, and we are looking for a responsible and proactive Business Operation Support to assist with daily project operations across Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand.

This role supports the overall business operations, including logistics, procurement, scheduling, admin, and non-technical coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Arrange flight, hotel & transport bookings
  • Coordinate mobilisation documents & travel plans
  • Liaise with vendors & suppliers (follow-up on deliveries, quotations)
  • Prepare quotation & invoice drafts (under supervision)
  • Track job costing, receipts, and project expenses
  • Maintain project schedules, registers & filing
  • Assist with purchase requests & procurement
  • Send non-technical emails and follow up with clients/vendors
  • Support daily operations and ad-hoc tasks as required
