We are a leading provider of cashless parking payment solutions and are looking for an enthusiastic and IT-savvy Business Operation Executive to join our team in Klang Valley. As a key player in our operations, you will contribute to the seamless delivery and execution of parking payment solutions across the country, working closely with various stakeholders to drive efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cashless parking payment systems, ensuring smooth functionality and quick resolution of any issues.
  • System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor and troubleshoot payment platforms, ensuring system uptime, efficiency, and a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to both clients and users by addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical difficulties related to the cashless parking system.
  • Business Analysis & Reporting: Analyze usage data, trends, and operational performance. Prepare reports on system performance, user feedback, and key metrics to improve service delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes related to payment solutions and platform functionalities, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration with Partners: Liaise with parking operators, technology providers, and other external partners to ensure the integration and smooth deployment of payment systems.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory standards and industry best practices for payment security and privacy.
Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in business operations, preferably in tech-driven solutions, mobile apps, or payment systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in IT systems, digital payment solutions, and mobile applications. Familiar with software troubleshooting and basic system maintenance. Experience in data analysis, reporting tools, and understanding system performance metrics.
  • Problem‑Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze issues, develop solutions, and execute changes to improve system performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Self‑Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Customer‑Focused: A service‑oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
  • Experience with cashless payment systems, mobile payment platforms, or fintech solutions.
