Job Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve clients’ issues and inquiries professionally
• Consult and evaluate clients’ business progress and achievements throughout their journey
• Understand and apply business fundamentals, specifically in Business & Marketing
• Manage business development or digital marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, or other platforms)
• Prepare, manage, and maintain client database and progress reports
• Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with clients to improve efficiency
• Respond to inquiries promptly and maintain positive client relations
• Liaise closely with the Customer Relations department to ensure service efficiency

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent courses
• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, business, or client engagement
• Strong interest in business fundamentals and marketing strategies
