Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and retail investors.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Understand clients' investment needs and tailor solutions to match their requirements, building trust and loyalty.
Product Development Support:
Collaborate with the investment team to gather insights on market trends, product performance, and investor preferences to inform the development of new investment products.
Provide input and feedback on product features, pricing strategies, and positioning to ensure products are competitive and appealing to target clients.
Assist and support HOD in the process of new product development.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
Ensure all sales and marketing activities are compliant with relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry standards.
Stay updated on regulatory changes that may impact sales and marketing practices within the financial industry.
Distribution Agent Development:
Assist in expanding the network of distribution agents for wider market reach.
Provide comprehensive support, training, and development opportunities for agents.
Play a critical role in assisting IUTA as set by Management.
Monitor agents' sales performance, ensuring timely submission of sales reports.
