A leading education center in Malaysia is seeking an experienced individual to manage and support operations across Malaysia and Singapore. The role involves driving sales performance, leading management efforts, and ensuring operational standards in both countries. Manage and support centre operations across Malaysia and Singapore.
Drive sales performance, lead management, and enrolment growth for both markets.
Work with MY and SG teams on strategy, marketing plans, and centre improvements.
Conduct on-site visits, staff coaching, and performance reviews in Singapore/Malaysia (JB & KL).
Ensure operational SOPs and service standards are consistently met in both countries.
Identify new business opportunities and report directly to the CEO for decision-making.
