  • Manage and support centre operations across Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Drive sales performance, lead management, and enrolment growth.
  • Work with teams on strategy, marketing plans, and centre improvements.
  • Conduct on-site visits, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure operational SOPs and service standards are met.
  • Identify new business opportunities and report to the CEO.

Job description

Drive sales performance, lead management, and enrolment growth for both markets.

Work with MY and SG teams on strategy, marketing plans, and centre improvements.

Conduct on-site visits, staff coaching, and performance reviews in Singapore/Malaysia (JB & KL).

Ensure operational SOPs and service standards are consistently met in both countries.

Identify new business opportunities and report directly to the CEO for decision-making.

  • Conduct on-site visits, staff coaching, and performance reviews in Singapore/Malaysia (JB & KL).
  • Ensure operational SOPs and service standards are consistently met in both countries.
  • Identify new business opportunities and report directly to the CEO for decision-making.
Responsibility
  • Based in Malaysia and willing to travel to Singapore regularly
  • Good command of English and Chinese (ability to handle Chinese-speaking parents/partners is required).
