Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic and integrated marketeer (ATL to Digital to On GroundActivation).
- To work closely with GBD to meet Revenue Target& Net Salesset by senior management.
- Outstanding client service & relationship building abilities. Able toengagelarge and small accounts.
- Strong People Managerskills.
- Strong attention to detailsand hashigh standardsin delivering quality outcomes.
- Able to drive creative briefs efficiently to generate the best output.
- Independent, able to direct & manageaccounts/clientsfrom planning to execution.
- Lead pitches & support Business Development.
- Responsible for new business opportunities and driving growth for the account.
- Drive the business development process, includingidentifyingand qualifying initial opportunities, managing the proposal/tender stages, negotiating contracttermsand closing contracts.
- Ideallyshouldcomewith some existing business.
- Work closely withGDBto discuss account status, issues, & action plans.
- Work closely with senior management on potential businessopportunityin the market.
Job Requirement:
- Candidates mustpossessat leastDiploma/ Advance Diploma /Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketingor equivalent.
- 7-10years’experience in ATL, BTL, Digital, Social and Retail/Shopper activationroles.
- Meticulous and have a good sense of business acumen.
- Process driven and had the agency’s interest at heart.
- Able to lead by example,maintaingood spirits and contributetoteam morale.
- Experience working with large budgets and high-profile accounts.
- Confidentinpitching techniques and experience taking sole responsibility for projects.
- Adaptable to new environments and work processes.
- Strong knowledge of Word,Exceland PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communicationskills.
- Results‐oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Self‐motivated, willing to learn, able to work independently andpossessesa positive mental attitude.
- Able to presentaffectively todifferent management levels (internal and/or external).
- Taking ownership of accounts and providing effective solutions to situations.
