  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience Required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry or a related field (preferred).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear, transparent, and realistic expectation management.
  • Oversee budgetary costs and coordinate the delivery of quality products and services to assigned customers.
  • Ensure on‑time delivery and strive to achieve forecasted shipment plans early in the month.
  • Responsible for the RFQ process, including compiling BOM costing, evaluating, and monitoring cost competitiveness.
  • Forecast customers’ business growth and sales based on their business roadmap and demand trends.
  • Monitor internal costing versus quoted pricing to ensure sustained account profitability.
  • Closely monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) aging and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Coordinate and follow up on New Product Introduction (NPI) activities for new models.
  • Work closely with internal teams (PMC, Engineering, Finance, Production) to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
