A business consultancy firm located in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Business Licensing Executive. The role involves managing business license applications and foreign worker permits, ensuring compliance with Malaysian regulations. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs and is proficient in Mandarin. Competitive salary and benefits are included.
We are a Business Consultancy Firm specializing in a wide range of licensing services in Malaysia (JB & KL).
Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with China-based customer.
Working hours: Mon – Fri (8.30am – 6pm).
Basic + Allowance: up to RM5,000 (Based on experience) + Task Incentive (range around RM 500 to RM 1,000±).

Business License Application: Handle submissions and follow-ups for Malaysia Business Licensing, MIDA Manufacturing Licenses, and related local council procedures.
Foreign Worker Permit Affairs: Responsible for the full spectrum of Foreign Worker Application processes across Immigration, JTKSM, MyEG, and other relevant platforms. Oversee documentation and submission for work permits (PLKS), FOMEMA medical screening, insurance coverage and statutory compliance.
Liaise effectively with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth execution and timely approvals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities relevant to Licensing, etc.
Collaborate closely with clients to ensure all documentation and paperwork are prepared for submission, keeping them informed throughout the process.
Oversee application progress to ensure compliance with government sector policies and regulations.
Ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Business License Application: Familiarity with Malaysian licensing frameworks, especially MIDA, MITI, and local council procedures, proven experience in renewal & application.
Foreign Worker Permit Affairs: Proven experience in handling Foreign Worker application (Immigration, JTKSM, MyEG, etc.). Familiar with work permit, PLKS, FOMEMA, insurance, and compliance.
2–5 years’ experience in licensing, regulatory affairs, or government liaison roles (MIDA, MITI).
Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with China‑based stakeholders.
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Candidates possessing own transport will be added advantage.
Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
Proven ability to adapt to change, manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Willing to travel to the Government Departments if required.
