Job summary

Join Monee in Kuala Lumpur as a BI Analyst to transform data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with multiple departments to understand reporting needs, develop dashboards, and deliver accurate analyses within SLA.

Proficiency in Excel and SQL is required, with Python/R knowledge a plus. You will extract and clean large datasets, visualize findings, and support marketing and sales analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years of work experience in BI or analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data extraction and analysis is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analytics and modeling is a plus.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs, conduct analysis and share actionable insights to support data‑driven business decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2‑3 years of work experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or similar roles, experience in Financial Services, Fintech or Payments industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data extraction and analysis is mandatory
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analytics and modeling is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualize complex data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to structurally present data findings to internal stakeholders
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
