As a Business Immigration Analyst, you will:
  • Perform a wide range of varied case/matter-related duties including drafting documents, reviewing clients materials, and identifying potential issues with applications.
  • Ensure accurate, complete and technically correct immigration applications are submitted in a timely manner.
  • Under the supervision of more senior business immigration professional, responsible for coordinating the end to end visa application process on behalf of clients.
  • Review instructions and information for each new case. Identify key potential issues that may impact immigration formalities (travel plans, dependents, health issues etc.) and advise client and assignee accordingly.
  • Maintain constant contact with clients and the relevant local authorities. Keep clients well informed on any issues or changes to regulations or visa processes as required.
  • Be fluent with case management and/or other reporting tools, internal policies on risk management and technologies used to manage data and information.
  • Assist in compiling metrics/reports as required under contractual agreement with respective clients.
  • Update firm’s case management system and maintenance of client files in accordance with agreed practice protocols.
  • Ensure timely client invoicing on completion of each case.
  • Work with close supervision/ guidance; is accountable for individual results and impact on team.
