About the role
Eldon Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven and ambitious Business Executive to join our team in the Northern Region. This full-time role will be responsible for driving sales and business growth in the region, building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be based in Johor and have a proven track record in sales and account management.
Job Description
- Conduct daily field visits to engage with customers, strengthen relationship and identify growth opportunities while driving sales performance through target achievement, customer retention, new business development and execution of marketing initiatives to maximize the sales potential.
- Promote and details company products to pharmacists and healthcare assistants, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the products and positioning the brands as preferred choice.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence, including data on market trends, customer needs, market challenges and competition
- Provide timely and professional response to customer inquiries, complaints and feedback to ensure the customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with various departments and external parties to ensure smooth execution of activities and initiatives.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Willing and able to travel outstation as required.
Job Requirements
- At least SPM, diploma or bachelor’s degree with minimum of one year experience in the related field
- Related certificate is added advantage
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Required Skill(s): Communication skill, Problem solving skills, Reporting skill and Computer literate
