We are hiring Business Executives (AI & IT) to join our Johor Bahru office in Southkey.

This role covers a range of general Business responsibilities- we are open to candidates who are experienced in different areas. please share which area you are experienced in.

Business Development

• Research on clients and industries
• Emailing clients
• Preparing presentations and materials/decks to send to clients

Project Coordination

• Requirement gathering & documentation
• Coordinate deployment and handover of solutions to clients

General Business Admin

• Quotations, Invoicing, General bookkeeping including reconciliations
• Office management & payments

Who we are looking for:

• You are interested in Technology, you are Detail-oriented, you are comfortable with using new AI tools and learning how to use them. You should be comfortable using or learning to use various AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini, AI agents for web browsing, and more specialised AI tools for specialised slide decks and images for various business executive needs.
• You are hungry to learn and deal with big clients internationally- you will be exposed to many new technologies and ideas.
• You enjoy the hustle and pace of a startup environment.
• You are looking for more direct responsibility in your tasks, and want to deal directly with key decision makers.
• You enjoy working with fast-paced small teams.
