Principal Accountabilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities for USP and NADI projects.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, technology partners, and industry players.
  • Develop proposals and business cases for new USP and NADI projects.
  • Support regulatory framework shaping for USP and NADI projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Regulatory, Planning, Claims & Compliance, and Project Management.

Skill level and requirements

  • Business Development (Advanced): Proven experience in identifying new business opportunities and building partnerships.
  • Regulatory Knowledge (Experienced): Understanding of MCMC USP regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proposal Development (Advanced): Skilled in developing proposals and business cases.
  • Stakeholder Engagement (Experienced): Effective in collaborating with internal and external parties.
  • Communication (Advanced): Strong skills in preparing and presenting business development reports.

Certifications

  • Business development or marketing certification preferred.

  • Formal Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Law, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant Working Experience: Extensive experience in regulatory compliance, Strategic Planning and Tender bidding process, preferably within telecommunications or government-funded projects.
