As part of EPOS’s strategic expansion into the Malaysian market, we are building a dynamic Business Development Specialist (also known as Account Manager) to drive our ambitious growth plans.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a mission‑driven team focused on empowering Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) owners to embrace digital transformation through EPOS’s cutting‑edge solutions.

Job Summary

In this role, you will play a critical part in acquiring new merchants and helping them unlock growth through technology. You’ll work directly with business owners, understand their pain points, and position EPOS as the trusted partner to digitalise their operations—from Retail to F&B and beyond.

This is what your job scope will be…
Acquiring Merchants
  • Pro active cold calling and / or Engage inbound leads to identifying potential merchants to onboard with EPOS.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential Merchants.
  • Negotiate and communicate contract terms with key Merchants to seal agreements.
Account Management
  • Engage key merchants and provide the best solutions to address their business needs and maximize their sales potential.
Stakeholders
  • Build relationships & engage key merchants on a daily basis.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including marketing, operations, customer success & service.
Requirements
  • You have previous work experience (Ideally 2 years), sales pitching to customer on products, solution or services.
  • Fresh graduates with strong drive and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
  • You have good understanding & connections in F&B or / and Retail industries.
  • You are outgoing and proactively seek opportunities to drive sales.
  • You are a fantastic communicator and have strong ability to influence.
  • You're driven, motivated and committed to success.
  • You're enthusiastic and willing to learn.
  • Training will be provided.
