What you'll be doing?
  • Shape Operations: Guide the company's operations towards achieving its strategic goals.
  • Manage Engineering: Oversee all engineering activities from project start to completion.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
  • Client Advisory: Advise clients on technical and commercial aspects of solar projects.
  • Vendor Selection: Select and review contractors, suppliers, and vendors for project execution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and operations teams for smooth project execution.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in renewable energy, with a focus on solar PV.
