Key Responsibilities

Drive Growth: Conduct sharp market research and competitive analysis to uncover new business opportunities and industry trends.

Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end business development projects — ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met.

Timeline & Milestone Management: Monitor project timelines and critical paths, anticipating potential delays and proactively addressing bottlenecks to keep everything on track.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between internal teams and senior management. Ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining clear and professional communication at all times.

Shape Strategy: Support the development of business models, financial projections, and strategic planning to drive company growth.

Proposal & Presentation Development: Prepare well-structured proposals, reports, and presentations for internal decision-making or external partnership discussions.

Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on project and business development performance, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Success Profile

Solid business development or project management experience — ideally 5+ years in fast-paced industries such as healthcare, wellness, retail, or professional services.

A strong grasp of business strategy and execution — you know how to turn plans into action and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
