A dynamic sales firm in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a motivated Business Development & Sales Executive to drive sales growth and client acquisition. You will engage potential clients, build relationships, and execute marketing strategies. Candidates should possess a diploma/degree in a related field and have 1-3 years of sales or marketing experience. Strong Mandarin skills are preferred for liaising with clients. High monthly commission potential is available.
Drive sales growth through proactive lead generation, client acquisition, and business development.
Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Engage potential clients through calls, meetings, and presentations to promote company products/services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long‑term partnerships.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare proposals, quotations, sales reports, and marketing performance summaries.
Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing promotions, events, and customer campaigns.
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing. Fresh graduates with strong drive are welcome.
Highly motivated, aggressive, and results‑oriented — confident in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Mandarin-speaking preferred to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking clients and business partners.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Able to work independently under pressure in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
High commission: RM1,000 – RM15,000 per month achievable
