This role focuses on establishing relationships with prospects, onboarding new clients, and ensuring high client retention. Establish strong, trust-based relationships with prospects by providing valuable insights and solutions aligned with their pain points and goals.
Analyze customer personas and target audience demographics to generate qualified leads.
Compile lists of potential clients and maintain organized records of outreach activities.
Make cold calls and outbound communications to connect with prospective customers.
Develop and implement email campaigns and other lead-generation initiatives.
Assist the sales team in following up on leads, opportunities, and account progress.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into customers.
Attend networking events, industry conferences, and webinars to expand professional connections and promote brand visibility.
Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
Guide clients through product implementation, setup, and training to help them effectively use the ID verification and eKYC platform.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients post-sale, maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, monitor platform usage, and ensure they are deriving maximum value.
Act as the client’s advocate within the company, communicating feedback to relevant teams (sales, product, technical).
Identify and report any customer-related security concerns or compliance issues.
Ensure high client retention by monitoring satisfaction, addressing pain points promptly, and managing potential risks such as low usage or dissatisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services, product upgrades, or new features that align with client needs.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to present new offerings and drive account expansion.
Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
1-3 Years of Sales and Business Development experience
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet sales targets
Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the tech industry is a plus
