Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the travel and tourism sector

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other partners

  • Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and partnership agreements

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion

  • Drive sales performance to achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions

Travel Operations Management
  • Oversee the company’s daily travel operations, including hotel and airline reservations, ticketing, and supplier coordination

  • Lead the design, development, and pricing of tour packages and travel products

  • Monitor service delivery standards to ensure operational efficiency and high customer satisfaction

Team Leadership & Administration
  • Manage, guide, and evaluate team performance to ensure productivity and service excellence

  • Prepare reports, maintain proper documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

  • Handle administrative functions related to travel operations and business development activities

Marketing & Customer Experience
  • Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing team

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine offerings

  • Ensure high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction across all travel services

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development and/or travel operations within the travel & tourism industry

  • Strong knowledge of airline ticketing, hotel reservations systems, and tour package planning

  • Added advantage if able to speak Mandarin

  • Possession of a valid Tourist Guide License is an added advantage

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth

  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
