Business Development Manager Responsibilities

• Drive salary crediting facilities and lead related initiatives.
• Collaborate with Wholesale, Transaction Banking and SME Banking customers to acquire new business for the bank.
• Work closely with Customer Solutions, Regional Directors, branches and other business owners to support salary crediting sales activities and manage multiple initiatives and channels, ensuring programmes are aligned and resources are optimized effectively.
• Follow through all sales initiatives to execution with branches and other Business Units.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of working experience in banking or a services‑related industry.
• Preferably candidates who specialize in Sales – Financial Services or equivalent.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
