Job summary

TD SYNNEX Malaysia seeks a senior Business Development Manager to lead supplier relationships, expand revenue, and implement supplier strategies. You will own the complete sales cycle, maximize net gross profits, and drive customer satisfaction by building deep relationships with key contacts in suppliers, partners and customers.

This role emphasizes collaboration, end-to-end execution, and delivering value-added services.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant work experience required.
• Proven ability to develop supplier initiatives and drive channel engagement.
• Experience with credit management, order processing and AR collections.
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.

Job Purpose

The BDM is the main interface between the Company's Customers and Suppliers including the end customer of the Partner. BDM is responsible for business expansion & execution of the suppliers' strategy. The BDM is responsible for the complete sales cycle with an aim to maximizing revenue, Net Gross Profits and Customer satisfaction by developing deep relationships with key people in the supplier organization, partners and end customers. Will be responsible for handling suppliers independently clearly focusing on delivery top-class value-added services.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
