Grow the business by identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Lead customer engagement from inquiry to closing — ensuring excellent service and satisfaction at every stage.
Prepare and present competitive quotations for Airfreight, Seafreight, Trucking and related logistics services.
Work closely with international offices and overseas agents to coordinate shipments and develop global business opportunities.
Secure import routing orders and prepare shipping instructions for inbound air and ocean shipments.
Negotiate rates with airlines, shipping lines, NVOCCs, and co-loaders to achieve competitive pricing.
Collaborate with internal Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure smooth handling of customer shipments.
Track sales performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and work towards achieving sales targets.
Follow up closely on outstanding payments and assist in credit control matters.
Represent the company professionally and build long-term customer partnerships.
