Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced anddriven Senior Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our3PL (Third-Party Logistics) services. This role is responsible for identifyingnew business opportunities, managing tender submissions, and securing long-termcontracts across warehousing, distribution, and contract logistics. The idealcandidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and strengtheningmarket presence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies focused on 3PLsolutions (e.g., warehousing, transportation, contract logistics).
  • Identify and qualify new leads, client accounts, and marketopportunities to support sales pipeline growth.
  • Manage the full tender lifecycle from opportunity identificationto bid submission, commercial negotiation, and contract award.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor proposals thatalign with client needs.
  • Conduct client presentations and deliver customized logisticssolutions to meet customer challenges.
